BLOWOUT

What it is: the ultimate hair luxury. A blowout refers to the service experience of blow-dry styling hair that includes a shampoo, condition and scalp massage.  Additional services such as hair treatments and masks can be added to this service to enhance the experience and treat certain hair concerns such as dryness.

Why we love it: Regular blowouts can help train your hair to last longer between washings, which is when your hair is at its most fragile. We’re for anything that helps to create healthier hair. It’s also one of our favourite and easiest ways to treat our guests and have you leaving feeling like your best self.

Maintenance: A blowout is designed to last, and can hold its shape from anywhere from 3 to 5 days, depending on the texture and thickness of your hair.  If you decide to start treating yourself to blowouts regularly, your hair may start to adapt to the shape and style, making it last a little bit longer each time.

We recommend trying one at the start of your week or before the weekend and increasing frequency from there.

What it is: An upstyle is any style in which the hair is pinned or braided to be kept up on the head such as a bun or chignon. 

Anticipate this styling experience to take up to 60 minutes to complete depending on your desired look.

SINGLE PROCESS Colour

What it is: A single process service is a solid, single colour application (one step). This can be done using a permanent colour that lifts and deposits, a glaze, highlights/lowlights without toner, or a creative colour that involves a one step application. 

Why we love it: This type of colour service is simple and quick for you to enjoy, and with endless possibilities. 

Maintenance: We recommend refreshing your full-colour service every 5 weeks; anything longer and your hair will have faded out, or there may be a harsh grow-out line.

 
 
 
 

BLONDING SERVICE

What it is: Blonding services can include highlights, balayage or a mixture of the two.

Balayage is a lightening technique in which free-hand painted highlights are applied to the hair, creating a soft and natural graduation of lightness towards the ends. The result is the look of summers spent at the beach, or the fresh, unintentionally perfect highlights on a child. Balayage can be done on light or dark hair to give a subtle, natural look. Anticipate to be in salon for anywhere from 3+ hours, depending on your hair.

Highlighting is a lightening technique that adds lots of dimension to the hair. Highlights are not as subtle as babylights, and create a more noticeable blonde look. Highlights can be many different tones of blonde, from icy platinum to golden honey and everything in-between.

All of our blonding services include a bond strengthening technology to help maintain the integrity of the hair and keep hair healthy.

Why we love it: a balayage looks beautifully natural, and maintenance is low, while highlights give an overall brightened and lightened look

Maintenance: Lightening should be re-touched every 8-12 weeks, with a gloss and tone every 4-6 weeks

What it is: A gloss / tone treatment is a form of hair colour that can help enhance your hair’s natural shine while correcting and revitalizing your hair's tone.

Why we love it: It’s perfect for those who are new to the world of hair colour or simply want to try a new beauty trend without committing. A hair gloss can help give you the richness, depth, and dimension you never knew was missing from your strands.

It is also the service blondes need in between their lightening services to maintain the tone of their blonde and keep it nice and bright.  It helps to improve the look of your hair without over processing or drying out your strands. In fact, it’s the hair colour that thinks it’s a conditioner, how cool is that?

Better yet, it only takes an additional 20 minutes to process. Quickest makeover ever.

What it is: a conditioning treatment can refer to a number of customized hair treatments and masques to treat a specific hard-to-beat hair concern. Our treatment offerings include several treatments for damaged hair, including split end treatments. Additionally, those facing thinning hair will find that our thickening treatments and scalp treatment helpful in improving the thickness and overall appearance of hair. No matter the concern, we’ve got a treatment to help.

Why we love it: A low-cost way to make our guests feel especially pampered with instantly noticeable results to help solve whatever hair issue you may be facing. 

Maintenance: Depending on your hair concern, we’ll prescribe a treatment frequency that suits your needs. Many of our treatments can also be done at home to maintain hair integrity in-between salon visits.
